Opis

We recommend soldering as an alternative to tin-lead alloys. These alloys exhibit weaker wetting and higher surface tension. Their melting point is also higher, which translates to greater thermal stress.
Our answer is to add silver (Ag) and copper (Cu) to the tin (Sn). This improves wetting and, consequently, conductivity at the soldering point.
Composition (up to several% of alloying elements):
Sn-Cu-Ag
Sn-Ag
Sn-Cu

Purpose of the above: precision soldering in electronics.
Sn-Zn – a specialized alloy for soldering zinc and aluminum.

We produce alloys in two forms:

- Cast rods (Sold by the kilogram in the online store)
- Geese (Product made to order, please contact the sales department for prices)

This product is sold by the kilogram. Actual weight may vary slightly (tolerance ±0.01 kg).
