2. Order Processing Time

Standard order preparation time is 1–3 business days from payment confirmation (unless otherwise stated in the product description).

Delivery within Poland usually takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Delivery to EU countries usually takes 3–7 business days from dispatch.

For products made to order (custom cutting, personalization), the lead time may be longer – the deadline will be provided individually.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for standard parcels are calculated automatically in the cart and visible before checkout.

Individual Quote (Oversized Products): In the case of selecting the delivery method named "Individual Quote, shipping paid additionally", the 0.00 amount (or "Free" label) visible in the order summary results from technical system limitations and does not constitute a free shipping offer.

For this delivery method, the final transport cost will be calculated individually based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address, and then presented to the Customer for acceptance (via phone or email) after the order is placed.

If the Customer does not accept the presented transport costs, they have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

For local pickup at JS-METALS headquarters (ul. Wagonowa 18, Wrocław), the delivery cost is 0.00 EUR/PLN.

5. Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number to monitor the shipment status online.
6. Liability and Risk in Transport

Goods are properly secured for transport.

Upon receipt of the shipment, please check its condition in the presence of the courier.

In case of visible damage to the packaging, please write down a damage protocol with the courier and contact us immediately.

The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected and returns to the sender, the cost of re-shipping is borne by the customer.

We may deduct the cost of the failed shipment from the refund amount if the client withdraws from the contract after the goods have been shipped.
8. International Shipping (EU and Non-EU)

Cost and delivery time depend on the destination country and the carrier.

Shipping prices listed in the store do not include potential customs duties, import taxes, or other fees in the destination country (applies to non-EU shipments) – the customer covers these on their own.
