Refund policy

We have a 14-day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days from receipt of the item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at sklep@jsmetals.pl. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any goods are defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong goods, so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions to the Return Policy
We do not accept returns for:

- custom-made/custom-made products (e.g., sheets cut to specified dimensions, personalized items),
- goods that are not suitable for return after opening for health/hygiene reasons (if the sealed packaging has been broken),
- digital content delivered without a physical carrier after the service has commenced with your express consent,
- hazardous/flammable materials (if transport regulations prevent safe return),
- gift cards (vouchers) – these are non-refundable.

B2B Purchases (Entrepreneurs)
For purchases made on behalf of a business (i.e., with an invoice containing a VAT number and/or business name):
• The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
• The provisions of this policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale apply; returns are accepted only by prior arrangement.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item and purchase a new one separately after the return is approved.

14-Day Withdrawal Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with all labels attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and review your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and issue the refund.
