Tin-lead soldering alloys
Opis
Intended use: electronics, construction and machinery industries.
Composition: Sn-Pb (tin content: 30 / 40 / 60 / 63 / 90 %)
Tin-lead alloys are two-component soft binders that can be used to expand their range of applications with the addition of additives such as Sb (antimony), Cu (copper), and Ag (silver). For example:
– Antimony: hardens the alloy.
– Copper: Supports soldering of electrical connections.
– Silver: improves fatigue strength.
Thanks to processes that influence the characteristics, tin-lead alloys can be used to solder electrical and metal connections, and also successfully tinned small machine components.
We produce alloys in two forms:
- Cast rods (Sold by the kilogram in the online store)
- Geese (Product made to order, please contact the sales department for prices)
This product is sold by the kilogram. Actual weight may vary slightly (tolerance ±0.01 kg).
If you have any questions, please contact us. We will respond as quickly as possible, within 24 hours on weekdays.
